Cover reveal: A Torch in the Night by Sabaa Tahir

Did I ever tell you guys about the first time I met Sabaa Tahir @sabaatahir? It was for The Penguin Teen on Tour @penguinteen at The Mystery Galaxy Bookstore @mystgalaxybooks. She was so nice and when I told her my name, she was like, “Wait, is your last name Santucci?” GUYS, I nearly had a heart attack. Jade @bedtimebkworm was there and I was like did that just happen? Sabaa remembered all my fangirling tweets and posts. Then I met her again at The LA Times Book festival @latimesfob. She remembered me again! I said hi to her at Y’all West @yallwest but we really didn’t get a chance to talk again. She’s also the one who strongly recommended that I read Laini Taylor’s @lainitaylor Daughter of Smoke and Bone series. I was going to already, but it’s Sabaa Tahir so I started it the minute I got home. 😂 If you can’t tell, I love her and her book! ❤️ I did manage to snag this gorgeous poster of the cover for A Torch in the Night. Isn’t it goals? On the back was an excerpt from chapter 1: Laia. It’s so good! The excerpts for chapter 1 and 2 (Elais) are up on Mashable.com. Make sure to check them out!
