November @nerdy.post theme: Classic Books

I’m so excited to finally share my November @nerdy.post. The theme was Classic Novels and it did not disappoint. I don’t know how Alexis does it every time. .

My favorite book is Pride and Prejudice and my favorite author of all time is Jane Austen. Alexis is a big fan of Pride and Prejudice and it shows through the two gorgeous prints she designed. The first is a quote from Charlotte Lucas when talking to Elizabeth Bennet about Jane and Mr. Bingley “We are all fools in love.” This quote captures the novel so well! The other print is a silhouette of Elizabeth and Mr. Darcy with a beautiful floral print in the background. The sticker “My soul demands you” is from Jane Eyre—fantastic quote from the book! The little notebook (you all know how I love notebooks!) is from Dracula “We learn from failure not from success”. I love Alexis’s bookmarks and this one might be my favorite.

.

She selected two quotes. On one side, there is the quote from Sense and Sensibility “If a book is well written, I always find it too short” (pictured). On the back of the bookmark is a quote from Northanger Abbey, “The person be it gentleman or lady who has not pleasure in a good novel must be intolerably stupid.”(I’ll feature the other side of this bookmark in another post.) Did I mention that Jane Austen is my all time favorite author? I love these quotes so much. The magnet features a quote from Wuthering Heights “Whatever our souls are made of, his and mine are the same.” Such a difficult book to get through, but this is a lovely quote. And I love, love this pin from @lapelyeah—a stack of classic books! Such a lovely pin! Another favorite is the coaster! The quote is from Emma—“If I loved you any less, I might be able to talk about it more.” *SIGH* Oh, Mr. Knightley! I also love that Alexis shared she almost named her daughter Emma!

.

I’m not going to lie, I had so much fun taking pictures of all the goodies in the November @nerdy.post. I’ll be featuring them through the month. If you guys didn’t hear, December’s theme is FANTASTIC BEASTS. AHHH. I have all the excite for this! Check out these book babes Kori @_livelaughread and Alison @littlebookwormig for a discount! You don’t want to miss this next one!
