My Book Challenge: Week 4 “Love” Cress by Marissa Meyer

I don’t know if this needs explanation on how this relates to this week’s theme “Love” for my book challenge #jennsbookishchallenge. If you guys haven’t read the Lunar Chronicles by Marissa Meyer, please stop what you’re doing and start now. The series just finished up last year with Winter, so you don’t have to wait for any of the books to come out. I’m dying to get to read Winter!
The Lunar Chronicles is a YA sci-fi fairytale inspired series. YES. The first book is Cinder–a cyborg Cinderella. The second is Scarlet–little red riding hood who travels with genetically mutated soldier Wolf. This is the third book Cress–Rapunzel who lives in a satellite who happens to be the best hacker ever. You’re excited, right?! They’ve all got one goal–defeat the evil Queen Levana before she marries Prince Kai, Cinder’s love interest, and takes over earth. The last book Winter is where it all comes together.

Each heroine has their own love interest, but I have to say that I really enjoy Cress and Thorne’s relationship very much! Funny, sweet, and heartbreaking at times–it’s a wonderful read! Oh and hey it’s the weekend! Perfect time to binge read! You’re welcome!
